This portal has been designed to facilitate the ticketing process and to enable easy monitoring of the support ticket status.
You may use the portal:
- to get IT/technical support with regard to the operation of applications and equipment
- to send information about new software-related orders
- to report any application bugs and device failures
The portal does not offer support for the following operations:
- making orders for device assembly and disassembly
- explanations to invoices, adjustments to invoices, payments
